A liquid cooling system made of aluminium profiles with inlying cooling ducts. The largest profile measures 270 ×20 mm and has 8 cooling ducts of 10.5 mm diameter each. We can saw this profile lengthwise or across into partitions almost at random. We can also facilitate the complete mechanical treatment.

Two lateral guide grooves serve for accepting slewable slot nuts from M5 to M8. Thus, the profile can be easily mounted without any mechanical treatment. These grooves also serve for aligning several individual profiles by means of special clamps in order to obtain a larger cooling or heating area.

Apart from this, the cooling ducts can be adapted to the utilised coolant by form-locking pipes of copper or high-grade steel.

This profile can be applied to many sectors of electronic, switch case cooling, general heat transport, heat exchangers or heating elements in the plastics industry. Due to the particularly large width of 270 mm with a maximum length of 3,100 mm, it is also suitable for annealing processes in plastics treatment
