As a manufacturer of cases and front panels for the electronics industry with an extensive standard programme, we own many machines which we also utilise for  commission work and special orders.

Our Options in Outline:

 

• 3-axle HSC-milling aluminium, plastic and plexiglass sheets up to a size of 1,000 × 2,000 mm

• CNC-punching and -nippling up to a size of 1,250 × 2,500 mm

• CNC-bending up to 2,500 mm length and 4 mm strength

• 5-axle HSC-milling up to a part size of 250 × 200 × 150 mm

• Multicolour digital print onto different materials up to 1,000 × 1,000 mm

• CNC-sawing aluminium on a fully automatic precision sawing machine up to a material width of 300 mm and 100 mm height. Sawing accuracy  ± 0.1 mm.
